Welcome to GlobalDropSync! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, Chrome Extension, and synchronization services (collectively, the "Services"). By installing our Extension or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GlobalDropSync, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our Services and uninstall our Extension.

2. Description of Services

GlobalDropSync provides a technical tool (Chrome Extension) that facilitates the extraction of product data and customer reviews from third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Alibaba, AliExpress, Trendyol) and synchronizes that data to your self-hosted store (e.g., OpenCart, WooCommerce).

3. Software License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use GlobalDropSync. Your use of this license is subject to the following restrictions:

• License Keys: Some features require a valid License Key. Each key is subject to domain limits specified at the time of purchase.
• No Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our software to any third party without explicit written consent.
• No Reverse Engineering: You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass any security features of the Extension or our API.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Platforms

Crucial Notice: GlobalDropSync is a tool for data synchronization. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of the platforms you extract data from (e.g., Amazon's or Alibaba's policies).
• GlobalDropSync does not provide rights to any third-party content. You must ensure you have the necessary permissions to use the product data and images you import.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the supported e-commerce platforms.

5. Subscription and Payments

Fees for our Services are billed on a subscription or one-time basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Accuracy of Data

Since the Services depend on the layout and accessibility of third-party websites, GlobalDropSync cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the data extracted. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or losses resulting from the use of imported data in your store.

7. Intellectual Property

All software code, UI design, logos, and original documentation are the exclusive property of GlobalDropSync. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." GlobalDropSync disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free due to the volatile nature of third-party website structures.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GlobalDropSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services (including revoking License Keys) if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of our software.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of business registration, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
